A Whole New World

A whole new world recently opened up to me,
Straight from a guy from West Tennessee.
An ocean between us, thousands of miles apart,
Yet he managed to touch me right through the heart.

With guitar in hand, he stood on the bluff,
Singing sweetly to me, I couldn't get enough.
He warmed my soul from the very first go,
Made my heart smile and my body glow.

Words of inspiration beam across my screen,
A more caring man, I have never seen.
Each night I look forward to seeing his smiles,
Hoping one day, we would conquer the miles
